Mr. Laxman Goswami, as the founder president of KALYANI is a professionally trained social worker who has almost 30 years of administrative and technical experience of working  actively  and religiously with infants to the age-old persons, from young girls to the grown-up rescued women in moral danger, handicapped persons acquiring physical and artificial limbs for their rehabilitation and gainful employment,  and disbursing pre matric and post matric scholarships to the down trodden section of society to the tune of 20 to 30 crores of rupee per annum during his tenure in the Department of social welfare in the state of Rajasthan. He has a technical back ground of child and woman welfare training both in the correctional and welfare sectors to his credit along with the active participation in the Integral child Development project officer for more than 10 years in the rural, urban and tribal Development Project  run throughout the state catering and benefitting more than 10 to 15 thousand infants, children, pregnant and mothers by providing them pre school education, medical check ups and treatment and improving their health status through nutritional and supplementary food stuff.

He has been an active and enthusiastic catalytic agent of social change and has

proved himself a true friend, philosopher and guide in Kalyani for the all to crew members and beneficiaries. He is also a writer and author of one short stories collection “stree ke roop” which was first published in 1969 from Bikaner and later second edition appeared in the 2008.
